New Client Acquisition / Business Development (90%):

  • Research for prospective clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Australia, New Zealand & Dubai markets who have potential recruitment needs in areas of Information Technology, Energy & other high tech industries
  • Using tools such as country specific job boards, business directory, Linkedin
  • Cold call clients, pre-qualify and set appointments for on-site consultants to meet at client's premises
  • Provide weekly report of sales activity and real-time updates on CRM about the prospect
  • KPIs would be based on no. of appointments created, no. of new prospects requirements identified, no. of client calls made & no. of successful deals

Recruitment Delivery (10% or optional)

  • Use job board search, advertising & in-house tools to source for potential candidates within the assigned marketplace
  • Phone-screen and apply logical questioning to pre-qualify candidates for the given job order
  • Provide weekly report of candidates sourced and progress of all recruitment activities
  • Update ATS with real time data
  • KPI would be based on no. of placements, no. of candidates presented, no. of interviews scheduled
  • Administer resumes to meet organisation's standards
  • Lead weekly internal meetings
  • Job Advertising with job boards, social media
  • Answer all business related calls and provide appropriate consultation as necessary



  • Any degree or diploma, preferably in business or science
  • At least 3 years of experience in offshore recruiting sales or enterprise solution selling or BPO sales
  • At least 1 year of experience in industries such as IT, Energy, Professional Services, Telecom, Semiconductor, Electronics or other high-tech
  • Strong command of English is a must
  • Aggressive in making cold calls to client prospects and candidate prospects
  • Experience with any cloud based CRM and ATS.
  • Open to work from home 5 days / per week
  • Must have a home-office setup ) PC/ laptop with uninterrupted broadband connection and power backup)
  • Willing to relocate to Singapore after 1 year
  • Preferably based out of any metro or large city within India
  • Strong email & telephone etiquettes
  • Proficient in MS Office, Internet data-mining and Skype communication
  • Result oriented mindset
  • Flexible and collaborative
  • Strong Negotiation & objection handling skills
  • Efficient time management and ownership

The earning potential for the successful incumbent is about ₹ 8 - 11 lacs per annum and is largely commission driven
