The process of company registration in Singapore

The registration system of a company in Singapore is made entirely online through the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority or ACRA. So, the process of setting up a corporation is fast and efficient, and it usually takes one or two days to successfully include a business. The steps in the Singapore company registration process are as follows: Company name and corporate approval. Both steps can be made on the same day, but there is no interruption set by ACRA.

Name Reservation 

Name booking is the first step in registering for a new company in Singapore. ACRA's approval is essential for the company name. When we nominate you, we will announce the name of our company as a preliminary step in a prestigious solidarity. For quick name approval, make sure that the name is not the same as or similar to your current company name. It does not conflict with existing trademarks. The name you choose should not be cruel or obscene. Not yet booked. The selected name will be reserved for two months from the date of application. You will be charged $ 15.00 to save the name.

Company Registration 

Requests for incorporation are generally made when the business name is approved. Once the authority is signed and the document is ready, a new company can be registered. Registration fee 300 SGD (if included in the company) must be paid to ACRA. As soon as the company is included in the ACRA and registered, it will be notified by the company's registration e-mail immediately. If there is not enough softcopy of the notice and a printed copy is preferred, you can ask the online registration company. You can pay $ 50 for printed copies, and printed certificates can be picked up the next day. Business registration, including business details, can be obtained from the Registrar of Companies upon request for a fee on the line. The details are: Name and registration number; Name of previous company, if any. Date of Establishment; Best work; Paid capital; And the registered address.

After registering the company 

Company registration profiles or company memos and associations' certificates and articles are title-specific documents. This document must be filed with your company's bank account, office lease agreement and utility company. Other items required after registering the company include shareholder increase/decrease, registration or shareholder, company seal and stamp, and meeting of the first board meeting.
