Do it Right While Adopting and implementing SAP SFSF
SAP SuccessFactors implementation Simplified!

With an experienced team of about 40 man years in SAP SFSF, we bring the best to the table. We have managed to eliminate scenarios to avoid root causes for project deferments and how to circumvent them.

Howler #1: Deviating from project success

Warranting agreement of key items at project kickoff will set a great foundation for your project. Our advice is that your stakeholders have profound familiarity with what’s in/out-of-scope for the project so the functionality is delivered as envisioned. As a best practice, we would ensure you review assumptions made by implementing entity with due diligence.

Howler #2: Customers having inadequate training on functionality

At times customers tend to blueprint the roadmap of needs without referencing to standard SuccessFactors functionality, leaving predictable breach concerning needs and the actual system. Vindicatingneeds and their adjustments are usually an additional burden to the cost of the project to fulfill the breach created. Usually, SAP provides a product demo to be well equipped before needs are jotted down.

Howler #3: limited engagement of project stakeholders while finalizing needs

Delayed involvement of key process owner’s input would result in inaccurate requirements which lead to delay in deployment.

Howler #4: UAT disowned

Ownership for UAT and all the revolving activities around it need to be at the project stakeholder’s end and when it is bestowed with the implementing team deploying gets delayed.

Howler #5: Data cleansing and Migration

Primary responsibility for data cleansing and migration activities should be owned by the customer, there will be major roadblock & delay in the timeline if an implementer does these activities as the customer knows his DATA the best!

Howler #6: Substandardend-user training

Some projects fall under lack of training and communication period. It is important to train your customer, gain buy-in, and (over) communicate what’s about to happen.

Howler #7: Missing plan for in house production support resources

Self-managed production support of the SFSF instance would reduce the cost further and ROI can be attained in the shorter time period.

Team ETG is your one stop shop for a successful implementation of your journey with SAP SuccessFactors.
